ABOUT
Aimed to inspire and empower the next generation of chefs and wine enthusiasts with hands-on experience and supportive mentoring, culinary students from across the country are recruited through a nomination and interview process and placed with our chefs and beverage professionals during the festival's events, workshops, and tastings.
EVERY PLATE AND POUR FOR A HIGHER PURPOSE
Since launch, Taste for Impact has contributed more than $43,500 to nonprofit organizations that strengthen the culinary community—supporting the next generation of chefs and vinters, championing local artisans, and advancing environmental stewardship. Great food and wine don’t just delight here—they give back in lasting, meaningful ways, and we hope you’ll join us in doing the same.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM SUPPORT
Mentees step directly into the festival experience—prepping, plating, and pouring during live-service events and workshops. Every moment is designed to give rising talent a seat at the table.
Taste for Impact offers our Mentorship Program at no cost to mentees. Through the generosity of our donors and community partners, we cover participation expenses such as lodging expenses in high-end mountain towns, food, and supplies (aprons). As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our scholarship to include ground and air travel stipends.
