What does the fund do?

The Latino & Immigrant Business Emergency Relief Fund was created by LEDC to support small businesses in our community and throughout the state who are suffering directly as a consequence of the federal ICE occupation of Minnesota.

This is a critical need - 79% of small businesses we have surveyed reported a significant negative impact from the current crisis. We have estimated that the monthly revenue loss across these businesses will be over $3 million dollars.

This fund will be used to help Latino & immigrant owned small businesses with their most critical needs: meeting payroll, paying rent, and relieving debt.
