Community: We cultivate lifelong connections through a nationwide network of Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), exclusive events, and a secure mobile platform where SEALs can reconnect with their BUD/S classes, participate in local social gatherings, and engage with a thriving digital community of over 2,000 teammates— ensuring ongoing support, camaraderie, and brotherhood. To date, we have 36 FOBs across the country (and growing), with nearly 2 events every month.
Health: Veteran SEALs gain access to comprehensive medical and mental health care, innovative treatments, and wellness experiences. Offerings include endocrine to functional medicine, regenerative medicine, and psychedelic therapies only found at the SFF, 24/7 peer support emergency hotline, and guided wellness retreats. Our health team has had over 900 interactions with Team Guys to help support them through mental and physical support this year along.
Education: We provide scholarships, admissions guidance, and specialized training programs to support SEALs in advancing their education. Services include application and essay support, admissions networking support, leadership development programs, graduate test prep, and pathways to medical school. This year to date, we have distributed over 60 scholarships.
Career: SEALs receive tailored mentorship, career coaching, resume creation services, and job opportunity support to ensure a smooth transition into civilian careers. Programs include SEAL-to-SEAL and civilian mentorship, structured coaching, interview preparation, and networking opportunities to help SEALs succeed in their chosen fields. This year, our ICF Certified coaches have provided nearly 500 hours of mentoring and support.
