Honor Grants at MPC
Honor Grants help students enter essential public service careers by removing financial barriers that prevent enrollment. Early support helps launch this new program and unlock a forthcoming match.

What Honor Grants Support
Honor Grants provide flexible financial support to students enrolled in Monterey Peninsula College career and technical education programs. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, equipment, transportation, housing, or other costs required to complete their program.
The initial pilot prioritizes students pursuing public service careers, including nursing, firefighting, and emergency medical services, where workforce demand is high and training schedules are intensive.
