About The SOBRUARY Challenge (2026)

Here’s how it works:
1. Commit to a sober February—no drugs or alcohol*.
2. Add a daily practice that reconnects you: think yoga, meditation, journaling, cooking, reading, or any mindful activity.  
3. Connect with community: Attend FREE in-person & virtual community events offered throughout the month
4. Support your journey with FREE & Discounted Wellness perks from our partners.

All proceeds support NamaStay Sober programming for addiction recovery.
