How You Build Strong Families
Legacy Builder - $2,500
Provides a full year of home visits for one family in the Parents as Teachers program, giving parents the tools and support to help their children thrive.
Community Champion - $1,000
Provides English language and literacy tutoring and materials for 10 adult learners, empowering individuals to communicate confidently at home, at work, and in the community.
Family Partner - $500
Supports developmental screenings and follow-up services for young children—ensuring early identification of developmental delays and timely access to community resources.
Growth Partner - $250
Supports the preparation and hosting of parenting classes and volunteer tutor trainings, equipping parents and volunteers with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Connection Builder - $100
Supports monthly family activities that foster social connections and help parents and children learn and grow together through play.
Learning Launcher - $50
Supplies tutoring books and materials for a new adult learner and volunteer tutor, setting their learning partnership up for success.
