Community Strength and
Everyday Heroes Come Together
to Nourish Community
"The first time I visited the Food Bank was 8 years ago, when Sam was only a few weeks old, to attend Baby Bistro. I was struggling with a low milk supply, painful latch, and severe postpartum depression. I didn’t have health insurance, couldn’t afford help, and had zero support system - but every week I could come to the MFBCC and get lactation support and feel a sense of belonging at a time I was so hungry for connection. I’m so grateful there's a place for everyone in our community to come together and be fed." - former MFB&CC customer
