Help for the FTD Journey

In 2009, a single donation helped fund AFTD’s first 20 respite care grants, offering caregivers small moments of relief. That act of generosity sparked what is now the Comstock Grant program, renamed in honor of our founder, Helen-Ann Comstock.

Today, 700 people living with FTD and their caregivers receive up to $500 each year for care, quality of life services, or much-needed respite.

With your gift, you make this possible - providing relief for families today and driving progress toward earlier diagnosis, better care, and the first effective FTD treatments tomorrow.

Give today to help families when they need it most.
