For 25 years, the See Ya Later Foundation has been a source of hope for families and youth facing some of life’s hardest challenges. As we celebrate this milestone year, we’re setting our sights on a goal that reflects both gratitude for where we’ve been and bold faith in where we’re going.
Our Hope 25 Campaign invites you to help us raise $200,000 by December 31st to continue meeting the rising needs in our community. Together, we can fuel hope for today and invest in tomorrow.
A Year of Rising Need and Unwavering Hope
Over the past 25 years, thousands of lives have been touched through scholarships, youth programs, and the Seeds of Hope initiative. Each story is unique, but they all share a common thread: hope showing up right when it’s needed most. This year, that need has grown more than ever. Families facing life-threatening illness have tripled, and more students than ever are applying for support and mentorship. The demand for connection, compassion, and community is rising and with your help, we’re ready to meet it.

Families Served Through Seeds of Hope
SYL walks alongside families with children or parents of children under 18 facing life-threatening medical diagnosis. Through practical support like gas and grocery assistance, memory-making experiences, and community-driven acts of service, SYL provides hope and care during some of life’s hardest moments. To date we have provided over $1,000,000 in support.

College Scholarships Provided
Each year, SYL awards scholarships to graduating seniors in Oregon and Washington who embody leadership and purpose. These students are chosen not just for academic merit, but for the impact they’re already making in their schools and communities. To date we have been able to invest $409,000 in our next generation of difference makers.

Kids Served Through Youth Camps & Competitions
From fishing derbies and culinary camps to art competitions and volleyball clinics, SYL provides enrichment experiences that build confidence and character in young people. Most of these camps are low or no-cost, removing barriers for families and creating joyful, lasting memories.
