For those workers 40 and over, ageism bias makes finding employment opportunities becomes more difficult. Too often, that means these workers have fewer opportunities for improving their situation. Worse yet, being affected by layoffs significantly magnifies their struggles. That's where Phase2Careers steps in.

We’re an independent nonprofit 501c3 organization that provides webinars, career fairs, business mixers and social media live events at little-to-no-cost programs to help these workers get back on their employment track, or even pivot into a new career. Our resources are limited, but with your help this Giving Tuesday we can continue to provide these services throughout the following months.
