1. By entering the draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The draw is being run by Lumos Foundation of 3 - 7 Temple Chambers, London, EC4Y 0DA, registered charity number 1112575 (“Lumos”).

How to enter
1. The draw is free to enter.
2. To enter, complete the online form between 9:00 AM GMT, 3 November 2025 and 11:59 PM GMT 9 November 2025. Participants are responsible for providing complete, correct details in the online form.  
3. The draw is open to Participants in North America, United Kingdom, and European Union. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Staff members of Lumos and Lumos Foundation USA Inc (“Lumos USA”) or anyone professionally connected with this draw and any member of their respective immediate families are excluded.
4. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
5. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted.
6. Although the online form is being shared with recent donors to Lumos and Lumos USA as well as the general public, nobody will be automatically enrolled, and all participants must complete the online form as above.
7. No donation or payment is required to enter or to be eligible to win. Making a donation will not increase your chances of winning.
8. Entry is open equally to all eligible participants, whether or not they choose to make a donation.
9. Entries are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Selection of the winners
1. The provisional winner will be drawn at random no later than 10 November 2025.
2. The provisional winner shall be subject to verification by Lumos to confirm eligibility.
3. Once the winner has been randomly drawn and their compliance with these Terms and Conditions has been confirmed, they shall be notified that they have won the draw as soon as practicable using the details provided when entering the draw.
4. The winner must have a valid passport or state-issued ID and the right to travel to and enter the United States. It is the responsibility of each winner to ensure that they meet all necessary travel and entry requirements and have travel insurance.
5. A participant, provisional winner or winner may be removed from the draw or denied a prize at the absolute discretion of Lumos and without needing to be notified or given reasons and shall have no right of appeal against such a decision.
6. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Lumos reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries.
7. The decision of Lumos regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Lumos may also at its discretion amend any of the terms of the draw.
8. As far as permitted by law, Lumos does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participants or prospective participants. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
9. The prize winner is responsible for themselves and any children taking part in the activity. Lumos will follow its safeguarding policy and obtain written consent before sharing any photos, videos, or other content related to the experience. The prize
1. The prize shall consist of four tickets to the Harry Potter™: A Forbidden Forest Experience in Chicago; a digital download of the Audible-exclusive Harry Potter™: The Full Cast Audio Edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone; dinner at Viceroy Chicago’s Somerset restaurant; and a Butterbeer and exclusive storewide discount at The Harry Potter™ Shop Chicago. Tickets will include deluxe access with exclusive merchandise in the form of light-up lanyards, tote bag, notebook, and magnet, as well as credits for food and drink.
2. Lumos will cover travel and accommodation for up to three nights for up to four guests. Details for booking will be shared at the time of winner notification. Winners are responsible for additional travel and accommodation costs incurred.
3. Lumos shall have no liability for a) any loss or damage to Participants in relation to their entering of the draw or accepting the prize; b) any failure by a Participant to comply with these terms or any travel requirements c) any delay or failure due to an event outside of Lumos or the Forbidden Forest Experience’s control; and d) if a successful Participant cannot attend.
4. The prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The prize is solely for the enjoyment of the winner and cannot be used by the winner for commercial, promotional, marketing or advertising purposes.
5. The prize must be claimed by 4 January 2026.

Data protection
1. By entering the draw, all Participants consent to the use of their personal data by Lumos and to their personal data being shared with any other individual or company involved with the prize and/or their agent(s) for the purpose set out above and to facilitate the prize.
2. All Participants also agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry into the draw.

4. These terms and conditions and this draw are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
