Founded in 2007, My Brother’s Workshop (MBW) is a life-changing non-profit dedicated to providing hope, healing, and purpose to at-risk and high-risk youth and young adults in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through our pillars of mentorship, education, counseling, on-the-job training, and job placement, we are breaking down barriers and building brighter futures.

At MBW, we empower the next generation of the Virgin Islands workforce with hands-on training in the following areas: carpentry & construction, woodworking, culinary arts, marine rebuild & repair, CNC machine shop work, retail & customer service, and sewing.
