Support San Quentin News
San Quentin News is a monthly newspaper produced entirely by individuals incarcerated in San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. Our mission is to be a voice for prisoners, to share their stories, and to highlight conditions of their confinement.
We strive to provide news that incarcerated people can use and contribute to a more balanced public narrative of incarceration.
But we can't do it without your support.

Why Your Support Matters
As a nonprofit news outlet, we rely on support from donors like you. You are the reason that we can continue to put out a paper and distribute it to thousands of prisons across the country.
As a thank you, donations of $50 or more receive a complimentary 12-month print subscription to San Quentin News, which includes inserts from CCWF Paper Trail and Mule Creek Post.
Now through Dec. 31, NewsMatch will double all one-time donations and match all recurring donations 12x.
So what are you waiting for? Donate today, double your impact!
