WHY DONATE TO OUR BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN:
Vision loss in children can have a lasting negative impact on many aspects of a child’s life. Unfortunately, this impact can diminish opportunities:
• If left untreated, poor vision can adversely affect behavior, self-esteem, attention span, learning, and processing.
• Undiagnosed vision problems can affect a child’s performance in school and in daily activities*.
• Additionally, vision problems in children can impact their developmental and social skills**.
