Your donation fuels youth-led tutoring, organizing, and advocacy in Baltimore. Every dollar helps us uplift student voices, provide peer-led education, and build a future rooted in equity.

You don't have to give $5,000 to make an impact!!

- $25 pays for one youth's wages for a tutoring session
- $100 supports a day of peer-led math instruction
- $1,500 funds five weeks of paid tutoring for a cohort of Baltimore students
- $7,500 sponsors a Youth Knowledge Worker for an entire year

Fund for Educational Excellence Inc is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.

What is a fiscal sponsor?

A fiscal sponsor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that agrees to provide fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to support the activities of community organizations and programs engaged in mission-aligned efforts. The services we provide allow organizations to focus on their programmatic goals, which often include developing innovative educational reforms and expanding student access to high-quality education.

The Fund for Educational Excellence (Fund) is an independent nonprofit organization that works as a trusted partner with Baltimore City's school district, students and parents, funders, advocates, and local nonprofits so that every student reaches their full potential. In serving as a fiscal sponsor, we support our client’s financial and human resource operations, including detailed budget management and financial reporting services.
