Southern Black Girls invite you to join the Dream Circle; a movement fueling Black girl dreams across the South. Black women and girls in the South receive less than 1% of the over $5 BILLION of philanthropic funding in this region, but we're changing that. Help us raise $500,000 so we can continue to transform discouraged dreams into vibrant realities. Join the movement that empowers leaders, builds infrastructure, and creates lasting change across 13 Southern states.
Since 2017, Southern Black Girls has been transforming the South by channeling resources to underfunded Black women-led organizations. With over $10.2 million awarded to 220+ organizations and nearly $500K in microgrants empowering 800+ girls, we're proving that when you change the life of a Black girl, you change the world!
