On Saturday, June 28, Project Angel Food’s Lead with Love, presented by City National Bank, returns to KTLA 5 — and screens nationwide — with an extraordinary lineup of stars united in support of neighbors impacted by January’s devastating wildfires. The broadcast's renewal through 2026 underscores its ongoing importance and impact.
Headlining this year’s Emmy-nominated special is EGOT legend Barbra Streisand (two Academy Awards®, five Emmy Awards®, ten Grammy Awards®, and a special Tony Award®). Joining her are late-night icon Jimmy Kimmel and Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famer Annie Lennox for an unforgettable evening filled with celebrities, emotional stories, and electrifying performances.
In a prerecorded message, Ms. Streisand highlights the importance of federal funding from the Ryan White CARE Act, which supports Project Angel Food meals for people living with HIV/AIDS. Referencing her signature song, 'Somewhere,' she says, 'Through our resolve and the work of organizations like Project Angel Food, we can ensure everyone living with HIV/AIDS knows that we are with them, no matter what — there IS a place for them.”
Lead with Love’s original hosts Eric McCormack and Jessica Holmes return, joined by five-time host Loni Love.
