Join us in strengthening the safety net for survivors!
Every day, survivors of gender-based violence face overwhelming barriers to safety, healing, and justice. But with your support, they don't have to face them alone.
When you give to The Network, you're not just donating; you’re helping build a future where survivors are believed, supported, and empowered. Your gift sustains The Network’s critical, life-saving programs, including:
• The Illinois Domestic Violence Hotline, a 24/7 support system offering safety planning and crisis support in over 240 languages. With over 60,000 calls, texts, and chats each year, it’s often the first step toward safety for many.
• A Policy, Research, and Advocacy team that drives systemic change, like the two-year campaign that led to the passage of Karina’s Law, and Measuring Safety, our groundbreaking report that ensures survivors’ experiences guide real solutions.
• The Survivor Fund, offering emergency cash assistance to help survivors escape violence and regain stability. Since 2020, it has helped over 5,800 individuals move from crisis to safety with more than $6.3 million dispersed.
• Our Housing Advocacy team, fighting to keep survivors housed and safe. Our team works tirelessly to prevent eviction and expand access to supportive housing for those escaping domestic or sexual violence.
• The Capacity Building team trains over 3,000 people annually to recognize, prevent, and respond to gender-based violence, shaping a future where this violence is no longer tolerated.
You have the power to change lives. Donate today and stand with survivors. Help us build a safer world, one survivor at a time.
