The Largest Biking Event in Shipping & Logistics!

It's been 15 years since we started our tradition of the Annual Bike Tour with MTS for Autism. We will be celebrating this milestone with another fun-filled day of biking, learning, and connecting. For the third year, Turkish Philanthropy Funds (TPF) has partnered with MTS Logistics to amplify this event. We raised over $120,000 in 2024, and this year, we are increasing our goal to $150,000 for Autism Acceptance and Employment. All proceeds from this year's event will once again be donated to Spectrum Works, a nonprofit which provides job training and employment to young adults with autism.

We humbly ask for any level of support and invite you to join us to ride for this great cause. Participants enjoy a light/healthy brunch, a free bike rental/jersey, and bottled water, courtesy of MTS. Kids are welcome to bike with us too! We will be raffling off an exciting mix of prizes for adults and kids. Collectively, our community of employees, clients, family, and friends will come together and move the needle for young adults with autism. This annual event makes a big difference. Thank you in advance for your consideration and support.

Jobs Change Lives!

"We are thrilled to partner with MTS Logistics for this event to support our programs that make it possible for autistic individuals to find meaningful, long-term employment and for companies to build more inclusive workforces. The proceeds from this event will be used to help fund our new internship program for individuals with autism who are no longer attending high school. At Spectrum Works we believe that autistic individuals have a tremendous amount to offer in the workplace, and we hope that this fundraising event will once again be a major success that helps us further expand our reach and support network.”

- Ann Marie Sullivan, CEO and Founder of Spectrum Works

Did you know that 85% of autistic individuals are unemployed?
Spectrum Works is on a mission to change that!

Our services are delivered in collaboration with our 15 partner companies, IKEA, Old Navy, Walgreens, American Dream, Sesame Street Learn & Play, Bergen Logistics, Rent the Runway, FM Expressions, On Point Marketing Agency, ZAGO Manufacturing, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, Montclair Public Library, Gamers Grove Esports Center, Vision Media Marketing, and Cozy Tea Loft. Spectrum Works participants gain hands-on experience in these inclusive, supportive workplaces.

By diversifying our industry partnerships, we ensure that job seekers have access to a wide range of career paths, allowing them to pursue employment that aligns with their skills and aspirations. Our work not only directly benefits autistic individuals but also strengthens the local workforce by educating employers, fostering inclusive hiring practices, and promoting economic and social equity across the communities we serve.
