Become a supporter of the I Am An American: the Nisei Soldier Traveling Exhibit

The National Veterans Network (NVN) is leading a $1.2 million national fundraising campaign to develop the "I Am An American: Nisei Soldier Experience" a 11-city traveling exhibition to educate the public about the extraordinary service of Japanese American World War II Nisei Soldiers. The exhibit will launch in February 2026 and will travel for a five-year period. As of March 2025, $800,000 has been raised through sponsorships and online donations.

Our donors are instrumental in raising the funds necessary to support, launch the Nisei Soldier Traveling Exhibit. Donations of all amounts are welcomed and will make a difference.

As a heartfelt gesture of gratitude, these donors who donate $1,000 will be listed in the 2026 National Launch program. Those who donate $5,000 will be recognized on a donor panel in one city of their choice. Our national sponsors, $25,000 and above, will be featured on a donor panel in the traveling exhibit and recognition at the National Launch event in San Francisco.
