A donation to support Placement Incentives can help a dog to go into foster care with all the essentials, including a crate, food bowls, food, toys, and professional dog training to get them ready to be adopted or help a rescue partner to take a harder-to place dog by offsetting the cost of their care.

About ACCT Philly

Incorporated in 2012 as a non-profit organization, ACCT Philly is the only open-intake animal shelter and animal care and control provider in Philadelphia, serving the City of Philadelphia by contract. From dogs and cats to small animals, reptiles, birds, and wildlife, ACCT Philly helps as many as 18,000 animals each year through its field services division and at its animal shelter facility in North Philadelphia.

ACCT Philly’s mission is to provide shelter, care, and life-saving efforts for homeless, abandoned and abused animals and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Philadelphia, providing a benefit to all citizens of the city regardless of race or economic status.
