William "Billy" Landry

William “Billy” Landry had a passion for cooking and a dream of opening his own restaurant. Together with his sisters Patti Bacon and Jackie Paquin, Billy’s dream was realized in 2019 when PB & J’s opened in Warwick, Rhode Island. Sadly, in February 2022, Billy passed away from a rare form of cancer, but his legacy lives on through his family and friends at PB & J’s.

In June 2022, his sisters honored his memory and established the Billy Landry Memorial Endowed Scholarship at Johnson & Wales University. The scholarship provides financial aid to those pursing a degree in culinary arts through the College of Food Innovation & Technology in Providence, Rhode Island. His legacy will live on through students that share the same passion and aspirations as Billy.

Please consider supporting future culinarians as they embark on their culinary education journey.
