Your gift helps
$25 - prepare a Food Pantry bag and ingredients for 10 meals.
$50 - educate a client with healthy food information so they boost their immune system, improve their diabetes, and/or reduce their obesity.
$150 - provide Metrocards to allow a woman to get to and from her doctor's appointments throughout the year.
$250 - ensure that a person is retained in care with peer-driven support and emotional wellness groups.
$500 - encourage and refer an HIV+ woman to programs/services so they can achieve viral suppression through care coordination and treatment adherence.
