$25 Foundations of Hope — Provides training materials for one participant in NLEN’s workforce readiness program, supporting the start of their journey toward sustainable employment.
$100 A Step Toward Prosperity — Covers a day of skills training and job coaching for a community member, helping them acquire essential tools to succeed in the workforce.
$250 Paths to Opportunity — Funds one week of job placement support, including resume building and interview prep, for an individual facing employment barriers.
$500 Empowerment in Action — Supports NLENs’ social enterprises by providing resources for producing beelove® products, creating transitional jobs for those with barriers to employment.
$1,000 Building Community Resilience — Covers transportation and meals for five participants for a month, ensuring they can fully engage in training programs without additional stress.
$2,500 Seeds of Prosperity — Funds three months of workforce readiness workshops, providing participants with critical skills in financial literacy, career planning, and digital tools.
