An investment in belonging gives us time to reach out to old friends and invite them back into our universe. It gives us the tools to make new friends and nourish everlasting bonds with all members of our community. It allows us to build continuous engagements with stronger pathways between and within roles at 826, so our budding young writers can grow to become staff members, staff members can find a place on our board, and volunteers can become long-term investors in our future.
