Grandfamilies Housing Village of Worcester

For Grandparents raising grandchildren; it will be affordable housing including 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments. Additionally, the housing will have onset Community Health Workers, access to fitness, medical, dental and connect to other social services. This Housing Village will be the ultimate goal creating a community of health, collaboration and acceleration.
