What impact will my donation have?
All donations made support mental health, social enrichment and wellness activities for the patients enrolled in the Therapeutic Nursery Program and the Partial Hospitalization Programs.
What is the Therapeutic Nursery Program?
This is a 3½ or 6-hour therapeutic program servicing children ages 3 - 5 that are experiencing emotional and behavioral concerns that require a level of care higher than weekly outpatient visits.
The program utilizes The Incredible Years, a research-based, proven effective curriculum for reducing children’s behavior problems and aggression and increasing social competence at home and school.
What is the Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program?
This is a 5½ hour therapeutic program for children who are not able to be maintained in a school setting due to behavioral concerns and mental health issues such as Major Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, Psychosis, etc. that interfere with their day-to-day functioning. The age range for this program is ages 10-17. This program runs during daytime hours so the youth can receive “in home” education after program hours.
What is the goal of the Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Day Program?
The goal of this program is to stabilize the youth, so that they may return to school settings.
What is the Child and Adolescent After School Program?
This is a 3½ hour therapeutic afterschool program serving children ages 10 - 17 that are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties that are interfering with their day-to-day functioning.
